Just so we're all on the same page....

ADInstall will install scripts on your server for a low one-time fee.
Installation doesn't include any customization or modifications of the script. These fall under an additional customization fee. See our services pages for more information about this.

It's up to you (the customer) to make sure the server (which you want the script installed on) meets the minimum requirements of the script. Including Perl/php itself, any modules needed by the CGI, Sendmail, MySQL, and server permission to create and write to files, etc.
The install will only take care of the technical side and customize only what is needed to get the script working. Extra customizations (such as header/footer file html), layout and design are not done by the install. This requires you to edit html and/or CSS code and to upload a file, which does not require knowledge of CGI/php installation.
ADInstall will need FTP access to your server to install the CGI (address, login & password). We will create a temporary directory for the installation. Once the installation is complete, login/password along with the directory will be deleted.
Any issue you have with the technical aspect (such as getting an error message) should be brought up with ADInstall. Any other issue (such as how to use the script) should be brought up with the script's author.
Installations are complete when the is script up and running. Customizing will be a separate expense and is not included in the installation price.
After installation is complete, we will not be responsible for any custom changes you make which results in a non working script. We can however, reinstall it for you, which will be the cost of a new install.
Many customized templates (blogs, Article Dashboard, eCommerce, etc... will have a linkback to our site posted in the footer of the script. If you'd like us to place it somewhere else, or have it removed, please let us know.
While we often work weekends simply because we love what we do, we do not count Saturday and Sunday as work days. When days are mentioned it is in reference to a Monday through Friday work week. We both often work fifteen hour days throughout the week and sometimes we actually take an entire weekend off. This doesn't take into account, of course, the emergencies that can arise, if we can at all accomodate you, we most certainly will.
eMail is quite marvelous, but sometimes issues arise. We check email many times a day, but sometimes cannot get to all of it in a twenty four hour period. While we work mostly on a first come, first serve basis, our priorities are...

(1) Existing sites that need functionality kept intact.
(2) New Script Installation
(3) Customization
(4) ReInstalls/ Fixing something that you broke. (unless it is an emergency)
ADInstall guarantees each installation. If we are not able to install it, we will refund your money.

We are very careful while working on your sites, (our Philosophy is, "Your business is our business") but for your own protection and peace of mind Please back up your files before we start on an installation.
